Raising resilience is an ongoing initiative, and we want you to be able to have the tools in your toolbox to help deal with your feelings. There are many ways to reduce stress but this week we are going to focus on the Get Creative aspect, specifically color, draw or paint and we will do this with..



Wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water. The walk will be about ¾ mile round trip on paved trails. Registration required. Severe weather will change this event to an indoor storytime.
