Pichwai Art Workshop
Pichwai art is a traditional Indian art form which showcases, lotus flowers, and nature in bright colors and detailed patterns. Traditionally painted on cloth, Pichwai art is known for its beauty and rich cultural heritage.

Adult Craft and Create
Craft a whimsical wind chime using thread, colored beads and tiny bells. Supplies are limited; first come, first served.
Be Artistic
We welcome adults with various physical, sensory, cognitive and developmental disabilities and their caregivers to meet new people, make crafts, play games and more.
Teen Time
Join us after school for games, crafts, movies and more. Same day registration at the service desk.
Move and Groove Story Time
Come and enjoy a movement themed story time, with songs, music and activities meant to get your preschooler moving.
Story Time at Jalapeños Market
Designed for children who are newly mobile and active; siblings and all abilities welcome. Limited seating available; first come, first served. Jalapeños Market is located at 1790 Merritt Boulevard, 21222.

Barbie Zombie Makeover
Join us in using paint, glue, and other craft supplies to transform the classic fashionista dolls into the gruesome undead.
Be Involved
Grab your friends and earn service-learning hours by helping us pick up trash at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Meet at the library. If there is inclement weather we will switch to indoor activities.
DIY Mimic Art
Paint your own miniature master piece mimicking Salvador Dalí's The Persistence of Memory, also referred to as melting clocks. Supplies provided.
Silent Book Club
Bring your own book and join other readers for a silent reading session, followed by an optional book discussion to share what you are reading. Snacks provided.
Maker Monday
Enjoy a new craft on the first and second Mondays of this month. Supplies provided.
African Bead Making
Use various art elements—lines, colors and shapes—to create your own beads. Includes a discussion on pride, respect and acceptance of others’ identities.
North Point Book Club

Bring Your Own Craft
Drop by, meet local crafters and work on a personal project or use supplies to create something new. Some supplies available.

Learn the basics of knitting or crocheting. Pick up a new skill or bring a project you're working on. Introductory materials provided; first come, first served.
Adult Craft & Create
In celebration of Día de los Muertos, design a traditional Mexican banner made of colored tissue paper. Supplies limited. First come, first served.
Unearth a Story With Pynko
A day of storytelling, imaginative play and hands-on discovery with Pynko from the Pynkverse Painting Experience. Help uncover clues and artifacts as children "unearth a story" together.
Adult Crafting
Decorate a fall-themed paper lantern using supplies like tissue paper and fall leaves.
Prickly Plants and Painting
Let your creativity flow as we paint terra cotta pots and talk plants. Participants can select a prickly cactus to fill their newly decorated pot. Supplies are limited; first come, first served.
Sit and Stitch
Bring your needlework and yarn projects, conversation and questions, and learn from each other. Crafters of all skill levels are welcome.
